When you install Cubic Carousel from the Shopify App Store, we access certain types of information from your Shopify account via Shopify’s official API permissions:

• Store Information: Your store's domain, name, and primary email to authenticate app installation and verify subscription status.
• Product & Collection Data: Product titles, handle URLs, prices, and media image links required solely to populate and display your carousels.

We do NOT collect, store, or process your store customers' sensitive personal information (PII), including credit card details, customer billing addresses, or transaction payment credentials.

2.2 Website Visitors

When visiting cubicmesh.com, standard non-identifying server log data (such as browser user-agent and requested URLs) may be collected to ensure site security and uptime.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information strictly to:

• Deliver and operate the features of Cubic Carousel on your Shopify storefront.
• Authenticate your subscription tier via Shopify's Billing API.
• Provide customer support, bug fixes, and feature updates when you contact our team.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your store data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your store configuration settings only as long as you maintain an active installation. If you uninstall Cubic Carousel, Shopify automatically triggers an uninstall webhook, upon which your cached app preferences and tokens are scheduled for deletion in accordance with Shopify’s data protection guidelines.

5. Security

We maintain strict security measures to protect your store data. All communication between your Shopify storefront, our servers, and Shopify APIs is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
