Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using applications, software, or plugins created by Cubic Mesh, including the Cubic Carousel Shopify App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please uninstall and discontinue using our software immediately.

2. Software License & Usage

Cubic Mesh grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely for your lawful business operations on the authorized platform (such as your Shopify store) in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the underlying source code of our applications.
• Resell, rent, lease, sub-license, or redistribute our software as a standalone product.
• Attempt to bypass any plan feature gates or usage limitations.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellations

• Shopify Billing API: For Shopify applications, all billing, recurring fees, and payment processing are handled directly through Shopify’s Billing API in accordance with Shopify’s Merchant Terms. Cubic Mesh does not store your payment methods or credit card details.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled or downgraded prior to the renewal date.
• Free Trials: If a plan includes a free trial, it automatically converts to the selected paid subscription at the conclusion of the trial period unless canceled or uninstalled prior to expiration.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the app settings or by uninstalling the application from your Shopify Admin. Charges already billed for an active billing cycle are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or approved at our sole discretion.
• Billing Assistance: For invoice inquiries, tax receipts, plan adjustments, or subscription questions, contact billing@cubicmesh.com.

4. Availability, Compatibility & Warranty Disclaimer

• Our software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• While we strive for continuous uptime and test across official Shopify themes, we cannot guarantee that our widgets will operate completely uninterrupted or error-free in heavily customized storefronts, modified theme codebases, or environments with conflicting third-party scripts.
• Merchants are encouraged to preview widgets in their Shopify Theme Editor before publishing to live shoppers. Our support team is available to assist with theme styling and compatibility adjustments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cubic Mesh, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption — arising out of the use of or inability to use our applications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our software after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
